The current most famous keyboard/switch brand is Cherry, a German company. It was founded back in 1953. Cherry was known for its keyboard switches, both in terms of its durability and comfort in use.
From one of the most popular PC peripherals company, Razer, also comes great keyboards. Razer has created their own switches. They had the iconic green switch (just like Cherry's blue switch), orange switch (bouncy and sounds clicky), and yellow switch (same as red except that it has the least key travel). Razer is known for its rbg 👍.
Another famous PC peripherals company Corsair also makes keyboard. Like many others, Corsair uses Cherry's switches in their products.
